Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)

The type of information we collect about you includes:

Your name, address, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address and credit-debit card details.

This information is only collected to complete the order process. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We may use technology to store information on your computer in the form of "cookies". This information will be used to temporarily store the contents of your shopping basket and your personal order details. Information regarding your credit card details is not stored on your computer or on the internet. Cookies must be enabled in your browser for the online shop to work correctly. FREE Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders in the UK.

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 24 – 48 hours of your order by Recorded Delivery unless otherwise agreed with you by phone or email. However if an item is out of stock it will usually be despatched within 7 – 28 days of your order. At busy times of the year (Christmas, Valentines Day etc) delivery times may be longer. Matching sets will always be despatched at the same time. If the item is no longer available we will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to notify you of the stock situation and agree an alternative product or refund with you.

Returns and Refunds

Unsuitable items must be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days with the packaging intact and the goods must be unworn/unsoiled. We kindly ask the customer to send an email with the following details to returns@edenlingerie.co.uk

• Order Reference Number
• Description of returned goods
• Reason for returning
• Please state whether you want an exchange of goods or a refund.

We will credit your card with a refund on receipt of the goods. We advise that you use recorded delivery or an equivalent when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.


This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You the customer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. Where goods have been despatched within this time, we ask, that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, in good order and at the cost of the customer. Where goods are being returned outside of the 10 days due to a manufacturing fault that has not been apparent on first inspection, it is acceptable for the original packaging to have been disposed of and the item to have had some use in order for the fault to have become evident. In these circumstances we would discuss and agree acceptable means of returning items and expect to reimburse the customer for return postage costs.

In all events, it would be our policy to ensure that as a valued customer of Eden Lingerie Boutique any dispute would be dealt with on its own individual set of circumstances to ensure a fair and effective outcome that offers confidentiality and is resolved within an acceptable amount of time.

Refunds will generally be made by the same payment method as originally used by the customer. It is customary for refunds to be issued within a few days of reaching agreement with the customer and in all events, no more than 30 days.

Complaints

We always take customer service very seriously but occasionally things can go wrong. Therefore please ensure you communicate with us at any time where it is felt that our customer service has not been satisfactory, so that we are able to improve our service to you.

Generally we aim to respond to our customers within 24 hours but we may take up to 5 working days whilst we look into your complaint. We will endeavour to offer satisfactory explanations to resolve your dispute and to agree an acceptable period of time within which we are able to keep you informed of the progress of your query or dispute.

1. Name, Address, Order Number (if possible) and Items purchased.
2.The nature of your problem or dispute.
